'The time for diplomacy is now'

Rice: 'The time for diplomacy is now'

"Now is the time to build on these achievements to make the world safer, and to make the world more free. We must use American diplomacy to help create a balance of power in the world that favors freedom. And the time for diplomacy is now."

Yes, but Too late.

U.S. govenment are trying to bring peace to Middle East, but I think, cannot do only by thier sence of justice and their force.
Considering the situation, U.S military is doing its best to make Iraq safer. Nevertheless, the fact remains that people in Iraq is more in danger.
That means thier strategy is wrong.

Better late than never.

Okubo, You can make it!!

Yoshito Okubo, former Cerezo Osaka star striker, moved to Mallorca.
It is true that Spanish Division one is one of the most powerful league in the world, and Mallorca now sits in 19th place in the standings, but I strongly believe he will play well in his new team.

The reasons are:

1. he has good quickness, agility, and a powerful shot.

2. he has good characteristics. In Japan, he can get along well with his teammate, especially with players from other countries.

3. he enjoyed playing football in every situation he faced. and he will do the same in Spain, I guess.

4. his new teammates are very good players. I can't believe Mallorca now sits in such a low ranking. Okubo is a lucky guy.

It is natural for the football player to hope to play in higher level competition.
You had better go, and try to return to the national team.
But now, Can Kyoto survive J2 competition next season? orz

Strong Yen? Oil Prices?

"The move in the currency and the rise in oil prices are the issues we need to monitor," finance minister Sadakazu Tanigaki said.

Japan Needs to Watch Impact of Yen, Oil Gains, Tanigaki Says

According to his comments, the fundamentals of the Japanese economy are very sound. But their proposals to increase taxes will have the worst influence on the Japanese economy, I think.

Zannen!!
